Short bio: Ernani Joson Cuenco a native of Malolos City was a cellist, violinist and pianist in training from University of the Philippines and Unviersity of Santo Tomas. He was a member of the Philippine Symphony Orchestra. He was given the National Artist Award for his contribution in music. He composed Gaano Ko Ikaw Kamahal for his wife the late Nena Marshall from Cebu City When first published the cover was the photo of his beloved wife Nena. Nani and Nena are survived by two sons, a trumpeter and a singer/event planner.
