He was the Composer also of the Official Hymn of 11th Sea Games 1981 which held in the Philippines.
Mr. Padiz also is known as the “Father of Sepaktakraw” in the Philippines. He was the one who brought Sepaktakraw Sports in our Country way back 1979 and its been part and accredited in Gintong Alay which now called Philippine Sports Commission and he was the Founder and very first President of the Association PASTA also knows as Philippine Amateur Sepak Taktaw Association.
