Para saaking personal experience walang gamot pang papayat. Pero kung gusto mo talaga pumayat mag gym ka o kung walang budget pang gym mag diet kanalang unthing kanin at ulam lang kainin mo. Sa totoo lang Hindi sa pag exercise mo yung nakakabawas sa fats mo yung nakaka bawas ay ang iyong digestive system kasi pag hindi nakuha ng chan mo yung kailangan nyang calories kukunin nya yung fats mo ang excersise naman ay nakakabawas ng calories na kinain mo.
