3. the "bahala na" attitude- being passive that all events are predetermined and therefore inevitable.

4. the wearing of "putong" (turban) and "sarong" (a draped skirtlike garment)

5. the use of veil in the wedding

6. putting sampaguita flower garland around the visitor's neck symbolizing friendship

7. throwing of rice to newly-wed couple after their wedding

8. some superstitious beliefs like:
