While the son of the patient wants that treatment should be continue and he belives that the present condition of the patient is due to not providing chemotherapy .

B. Son doesn't have a legitimate reason to sue the physician because it's the patient itself who decided to discontinue the treatment because of its poor prognosis and side effects .

C. Possible solutions to this case is to explain the son about the reality and why the treat was ceased.
