Qur'an is the book of Muslims which is given by Angel Jibri to Muhammad.It is not translated to other languages because they believe that it was in the Arabic Language that Angel Jibri revealed Qur'an to Muhammad.

He was afraid and asked khdija(r.a) to cover him in blanket The last Prophet of Islam was busy in his usual meditation in the Cave of Hira when the Arch Angel Hazrat Jibri (AS) appeared and asked him to read. He answered that he was not literate. Thrice he said so and thrice Hazrat Jibril (AS) embraced him Then Hazrat Jibri (AS) revealed to him the First verses of the Holy Qur'an : Translation: "Read, Read in the name of thy Lord (Rabb) who created Man from a clot of congealed blood…" It was a mysterious experience for Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). (4)"].Further, Catholics believe in the Crucifixion whereas Muslims do not believe Jesus died on the Cross - he was raised to the Heaven by Allah SWT. Catholics claim the bible contain the words of god, but then its books (the gospels) were actually written by ordinary men like Mathew, Luke, Mark & John (who themselves had claimed to have been inspired by the holy ghost to write those gospels).On the other hand, the Quran (the Last Testament sent by God after the Taurat or Torah or the Old Testament, the Zaboor or Psalms and the Injeel or New Testament) contains the actual words of God or Allah in its original language [Arabic] and bear testimony to both the Old and the New Testament, as well as Isa or Jesus, His last but one Prophet. The Quran is not written by men or even Muhammad SAW, but consists of Allah's messages revealed to Muhammad by the Arch Angel Jibri as or Gabriel.
